Overview

As a Project Manager, you will bridge Customer Success and Project Delivery, ensuring clients smoothly adopt and maximize our MES/ERP solutions. You will manage project timelines, budgets, and contracts; proactively support customers; collect and communicate feedback; leverage AI tools to automate workflows and accelerate learning; and partner closely with our development team to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, control, and coordinate client implementation progress to ensure milestones and deliverables are met.
  • Support customers in effectively using our products, proactively identifying and resolving issues to boost satisfaction and adoption.
  • Gather and consolidate feedback from customers, the market, and internal teams; relay insights to development and follow up on enhancements.
  • Employ and advocate for AI solutions to automate routine tasks, improve project efficiency, and enhance learning curves.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, identify and assess risks, and proactively escalate and develop mitigation plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (in any field)
  • 3+ years of IT/Software Project Management experience
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum practices (a plus)
  • English proficiency (additional languages are a bonus)
  • Familiarity with AI tools & automation (advantageous)
